Personal Accident gives you an insurance protection from accidents causing deaths, permanent disability and partially disability, as well as accidental hospital cash benefit.
Benefits

If Insured dies because of an accident during the protection period, beneficiary will receive 100% of Sum Assured.

If Insured suffers total permanent disability during the protection period, Insured will be entitled to 100% of Sum Assured. |

For Insured suffering partial permanent disability during the protection period, Insured will receive a percentage of Sum Assured. |

• |
If Insured being hospitalised because of an accident, Insured will receive hospital benefit up to 10% from Sum Assured from each accident. The total maximum benefit payment is 50% of Sum Assured per year. |
Entry Age
Entry age for Insured is from 17 years to 59 years of age.
Sum Assured
The minimum amount of Sum Assured should be Rp 50.000.000,-
